HANOI: APPROVAL OF 2017 LAND USE PLAN FOR 5 DISTRICT, DISTRICT

Accordingly, the land use plan of 2017 in the North Tu Liem District: Agricultural land more than 1.1741 ha, non-agricultural land more than 3,090 hectares, unused land over 299 hectares.

Land use plan 2017 Thanh Xuan district: Agricultural land more than 10.9 hectares, non-agricultural land more than 890 hectares, unused land over 7.5 hectares.

Land use planning 2017 in Ha Dong District: Agricultural land is more than 1,099 ha, non-agricultural land is more than 3,342 ha, unused land is more than 521 ha.

Long Bien district land use plan 2017: Agricultural land is more than 1,746 ha, non-agricultural land is more than 4,222 ha, unused land is over 12.4 ha.

Land use in 2017 in Chuong My district: Agricultural land is more than 16,326 hectares, non-agricultural land is more than 6,946 hectares, unused land is 464.6 hectares.

The People's Committees of the above districts are responsible for reviewing, evaluating and executing projects in the land use plan 2017. The cases need to adjust or generate land use requirements to implement the project. Significant socio-economic development projects for national interests, public interests, urgent public projects that are not included in the 2017 land use plan of localities have been approved by the City People's Committee. To sum up and report to the provincial / municipal Services of Natural Resources and Environment and submit them to the provincial / municipal People's Committees before May 31 st, 2017.
